Refund policy

We have a 48hrs refund policy, which means you have 48hrs after receiving your item to raise any concerns. Please send details of the issues with photographic evidence.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is inedible ie. the packaging is opened or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items such as food or gift cards.

Refunds
We sadly do not offer any refunds for items that arrive within the 7 day delivery period and are still in their packaging. Although items may sometimes be aesthetically damaged during transit, we cannot offer any refunds for this. If a wrong item is received, we are able to offer a partial refund of 50% of the item value or resend the item for 50% of the item value plus shipping. If items have not arrived within the 7 day shipping period or the package is damaged beyond repair and destroyed by the courier during transit, we can offer a 50% partial refund of the value of the items, or for 50% of the value of the items we can reship the order for you. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
