Shipping policy

We currently ship orders on Tuesdays, any orders placed after 9am Monday will be shipped the following Tuesday. All orders are sent with next day delivery, however please note this is not guaranteed, and sometimes parcels can arrive later.

All our cookies have a shelf life of 7 days so are edible up to 7 days from the shipping date. If you're cookies arrive within this 7 day period, they are still edible and we will not offer any refunds. If you're cookies still haven't arrived after 7 days from the shipping date please contact us at hello@chunkcookiesuk.co.uk and we can reship them for a fee, or offer a partial refund.
