Orders are dispatched each Tuesday with the cut off for orders being 9am Monday. Any orders placed after 9am Monday will be shipped the following week.

Although most orders are delivered on time, there is a small chance they might be delivered a day or two late which is sadly out of our control. If you order still hasn't arrived after 5 working days please drop us an email at hello@chunkbakery.co.uk

Choose your pick up date on the cart page, then continue to checkout as normal. You will receive an email on your chosen day letting you know when your order is ready to collect.

Store your cookies in an airtight container for up to 7 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.

If you want to heat them, just put them in the microwave for 20 seconds, or an oven at 180ºC for 5 minutes, and they're ready!
